Join us for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of Chatsworth’s New Bern manufacturing facility to learn how the company is scaling operations to meet the rapidly growing demand for data center infrastructure. Participants will gain first-hand insight into the company’s investment in automation, facility expansion and Smart Factory technologies while exploring how Lean principles are being embedded into its culture to support continuous improvement.
The presentation will highlight Chatsworth’s growth strategy, facility planning, Lean transformation, workforce development initiatives and change management efforts. Attendees will learn how the company has increased production throughput revenue by approximately 300% over the past two years while implementing new training systems, developing a Lean learning culture and preparing its workforce for continued expansion. The session will also include a company overview, a discussion of challenges and lessons learned and a guided tour showcasing Lean practices in action.
