Join Jason Connell (Global CI/Lean Lead, Doosan Bobcat) as he moderates a panel with Rob Simmons (Former Manufacturing Division Director), Jason Raines (Continuous Improvement Manager, Century Furniture) and Dwai Choudhury (Owner, Agrahi Consulting) for a candid discussion on one of manufacturing’s most misunderstood topics: Lean.
Drawing from decades of leadership and continuous improvement experience, the panel will explore why Lean initiatives often face resistance, where organizations get it wrong and what separates successful transformations from failed programs. Through real-world examples, lessons learned and open audience discussion, we’ll examine how manufacturers across the region have successfully built cultures of continuous improvement while avoiding the common pitfalls that cause Lean efforts to stall.
