Topic: **Human Trafficking – How to identify and support victims**

When people think of human trafficking, they often picture dramatic kidnappings like those shown in movies—but in reality, it’s much more subtle and happens in every community through manipulation, coercion, or exploitation. Traffickers often prey on vulnerability rather than using force. Most importantly, victims who receive support and trauma-informed care are 60% less likely to be re-trafficked, showing how critical our response truly is.
