Program Overview This program provides a practical introduction to the North Carolina Business Court, designed for attorneys who are new to the Court as well as those seeking a refresher on its unique procedures. The presentation will cover the history and purpose of the Business Court, its current structure and judicial composition, and the process for designating cases to the Court. The program will also highlight key procedural rules and practices specific to Business Court litigation, including case management, motion practice, and electronic filing considerations.
