Let’s be honest—likes, shares, and comments are great, but they’re not a substitute for real connection. If you’re serious about growing your business, you need to be showing up—in person, consistently, and intentionally.
Referrals are built on trust, and trust is built through relationships. Relationships don’t develop through an algorithm—they’re formed face-to-face, handshake-to-handshake, and conversation-to-conversation.
You can’t expect people to refer you if they don’t really know you. And that means showing up. Listening. Supporting others. Being present, not just online, but in the room. We meet twice a month:
